$440.00 inclusive of disbursements, plus GST. Conditions apply.
Mortgage or Guarantor Advice on Loan
$330.00 inclusive of GST.
Leases
From $850.00 plus disbursements & GST for preperation of a commercial lease.
From $650.00 plus GST for advising on, and witnessing execution, of a commercial lease. Conditions apply.
Criminal Law
Guilty Pleas for matters excluding traffic matters
From $850 plus GST - for a solicitor to appear at court, enter a plea of guilty and make submissions on your behalf to the court.
Traffic Offences
From $650 plus GST - for guilty pleas on traffic matters including drink driving offences - local metro area only, conditions apply.
Debt Recovery
Letter of Demand - $35.00, plus GST.
Commencement of Proceedings - From $330.00. Contact us to discuss how your costs maybe paid by the party who owes you money.
Non Quoted Practice Areas
Contact us to discuss your individual needs. In many cases, it is impossible to provide a flat fee service for some practice areas as each matter is different. Be assured, that we will be pro active in acting on your matter and will always discuss costs issues with you prior to, and during, the carriage of your matter.
Hourly Rates
In many instances, matters maybe charged at an hourly rate ranging from $200.00 - $250.00 per hour. Where possible, we will try and adapt our rates to suit your personal circumstances.
Agency Matters
We are happy to appear for other firms or agencies as court agents in a range of matters. Agency matter fee's vary depending on the type of matter and your requirements. As an indication, agency matters are charged at a starting rate of $140.00 plus GST.
